Module source as the workflow tool reports it.

Whether the source starts with `./` or `../`, such as `./modules/vpc`. Installing a local module only reads its files. Two module calls with the same relative source, such as `./modules/iam` in two packages, are one module.

Time spent installing the module, summed over every run state that installed it. An install covers the registry lookup, the download and the read of the module's files. The workflow tool installs modules during init. A hook that runs init again installs them a second time. Both installs are summed, so the time can be twice the time of one install.
